As a blogger, I'm quite active in the social media scene, because I try to drive traffic to my blog(s). As for regular posts, I cannot really flood people's feed. I have encountered similar researches which similar conclusions. Social media posts are generally reflective of how we want to be perceived as an individual. In fact, sometimes people habitually post everything that they do that it is actually indicative of a personality disorder already.
