The key is to fitness training is moderation. I remember forcing myself to do strenuous activities 3 months ago. I did high intensity interval training 6 days a week. That's also inclusive of strength training workouts. This usually takes about 45 mins to 1.5 hours depending on my available time. If I feel sore, I'd work out other muscle groups. In the end, this wasn't healthy and I got sick. So I had to stop exercising for 6 weeks and now I'm back to zero. Seems like my toleranc...
