A Singaporean doctor who misdiagnosed his patient’s glaucoma as acute conjunctivitis has been suspended by the Singapore Medical Council after the patient experienced partial loss of her vision.

These type of things are happening everywhere. In my country too. But if someone makes a mistake , some another doctor is there to cover it up. Here the patient has developed partial loss of vision. There should be ways to prevent these types of mistakes because poor patients are the ones who suffer by the misdiagnoses and the mistreatments made by us, So my personal view is it is better to renew the knowledge of each and every registered doctor by an interview or an exam held once in a preplan...
