Meditation as a medical therapy for patients
Though it may sound unusual to some, meditation can actually be used as a medical therapy, which could even be as effective as drug therapy.

It is quite surprising how useful and healthy meditation can be for many patients with different illnesses. Some of the studies indicated that meditating even 20 minutes per day for a few weeks was already enough to start experiencing the benefits.
