A study conducted by a cardiologist on more than 7,000 Malaysians this year showed promising results as more than 80% felt considerably healthier since the introduction of e-cigarettes.

This is a bleak attempt to justify the habit of vaping. Taking a survey about a subjective sense of being healthy doesn't cut it. Having a subjective feeling that you are healthy doesn't prove that you are in fact, healthy. If the researcher really wanted to prove that vaping improves health, he should have performed tests that have objective parameters like pre and post vaping exposure spirometric studies, or pre and post 2d echo studies. There's a lot of bias in the described study...

The biggest obstacle to vaping is that there are limited trials and studies regarding the relative benefits or harms of vaping. It is true that vaping is relatively new, and since there is not official standards or regulations regarding the vaporizer mechanisms or liquids, there is a very big difference on the market when it comes to their quality.
