Oh but the best way that I was able to maintain impressive weight loss was when I was hitting the gym almost 3-4 times a week, for about 2-3 hours per day, and then counting calories. Truly it is very prone to abuse, but I've set my daily intake for 1000 calories so there is so much room for error. You can never be accurate in counting calories or making use of the the opportunity to eat less. Many times we try our best to control all these but it ends up as a failure. What we all need to do is eat normal, do not skip meals and exercise regularly. Ask your self and have a target.
