I am agreeing with you in terms of salary variation between filed of work to field of work exists baed on preference needed. But I am not expecting for scope, I am expecting for what I am doing. Salary not only dependent on scope but also location, education, experience, performance, riskiness, management policies and so on. We will get paid for what we are doing, if we not got means we should work where we get. Interns of respect and work is dependent on person to person and case to case. Thank...

FIrst and foremost, it is crucial for the nursing profession to be proud of their own identity. As a registered nurse myself, i've seen numerous nurses hating their day to day job. Ah I have heard that "just a nurse" line many times over. It is sad that people think that as the nursing profession is quite a tedious one.
