It’s suggested that individuals perform High Interval Intense Training (HIIT) workouts to beat aging in the rear. What does that mean? It means instead of jogging at your measly 4mph on the treadmill, you have to switch it up and perform a sprint for 30 seconds, and then jog for three minutes. Repeat the process until you’ve hit 30 minutes and you should already feel younger.
