Caffeine is a popular drug and a component in the natural drinks like coffee which stimulates the nervous system. It boosts the nervous system and gives you a quick energy. That concept is used in preparing the energy drinks using caffeine as an ingredient. The well known side effects of it are insomnia, nervousness, restlessness, irritability, dyspepsia, increased heart rate and muscle tremors. Other than that Mr. Gareth Strachan, a researcher revealed that there is a link between caffeine and depression. Evan some say that caffeine would relieve depression he says that it will increase the anxiety level leading restlessness and increase the possibility of having panic attacks as well.
