These expected rates should form an enough motive for the international community to work harder on developing the localities in need. More accessible education should be provided to the females. Many of these countries in central Africa, Asia and isolated islands suffer from shortage of clean water basically besides the poor quality of health services where the screening programs are hardly heard of.
