Wow this looks very nice. Thank you loads for sharing the very important information. I think steaming a food is one of the best ways to preserve its nutrition. Unlike boiling in which case the water soluble nutrients and molecules can dissolve in water and get thrown away when the water is discarded. But when foo is heated by steam, the release of nutrients to the outside is much less.
