When i have sore throat, what i always did eversince was drinking the pure juice extracted from lime or lemon. I actually find it effective and cheaper. Lol. And there was a time where i used 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar because i have read that it is useful for sore throat so, i tried it for the same reason. And for me, that was fine too.
