Saving the earth - a phrase we always use but have not done a good job about it. We all have a part to play. Many of us tend to do take-outs from food shops due to the convenience and the time saved preparing our own food, however, this comes with a large amount of plastic waste, not to mention styrofoam food containers. I’ve seen some of my colleagues bring their own reusable food contain...

Our world has become overly populated. In line with this, the usage of plastics and other wastage are increasing. Moreover proper waste segregation should be given importance for us at least contribute to our mother earth. Time will come that we can no longer swim through rivers and oceans, even we can no longer breathe for air. In this era when population and global warming are on a steep rise, it is important for each and every citizen to adopt an eco-friendly way of living. The ideas and suggestions mentioned in this article are quite helpful for a healthcare professional who wants to set an eco-friendly practice.
