A young 22 years old lady with no previous medical history and on no regular medication, was admitted to due to few days history of yellow discolouration of the body, general unwell, few episodes of nausea and vomiting, lethargy feeling, weakness and reduced appetite. According to her, her parents were first to discover her skin colour became slightly yellow around 3 days ago, and it was worsening since. She denied any abdominal pain or fever. She has no chest or urinary symptoms as well. Further questioning confirmed that she did took Ecstasy tablet around 5 days ago during a friend's house party. On examiantion, patient was jaundice, with sclera icterus. Blood tests showed that her Bilirubin was around 450, with INR around 9. What is your working diagnosis for this young lady ?? What will be your management plan for her ?
