We should not drive when we are sleepy or drowsy or not in the perfect condition to drive. This is because driving in such a state will be very dangerous to us and to other road users. It will definitely increase the risk of serious motor vehicle accident, that can lead to morbidity and mortality. When we are tired, our attention and judgement during driving will be negatively affected, and our reaction time to certain event can be delayed.
