The second series of the Auditor-General's 2015 Report has found that Planned Preventive Maintenance has not been carried out at all government hospitals from 2013 until December 2015.

I hope neighboring countries follow suit in doing audits concerning the standards of safety and equipment in the government hospitals. Planned preventive maintenance should be carried out without fail to prevent untoward incidents such as ceiling collapse, leaking roofs, or long out-of-service equipment.
