This is just a sad story. Can anyone imagine the grief of a family who was shocked by the sudden demise of a healthy 60-year old man? While they were going through a rollercoaster of emotions, the body of the deceased was already mistakenly claimed and cremated. This is a double whammy for the departed's survivors.
