Potato chips are one of my guilty pleasures. After a stressful day at work, I usually reward myself with chips and ice cream. A combination of salty and sweet- a very deadly combination, at that. I know that as a physician, I should know better but junk food is just so hard to resist especially when you consider it as comfort food.
