Ailing Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) will get PHP50,000 from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) under a supplemental medical assistance programme due to launch in January 2017.

This is really good. Like I said in my previous post, it's good to see improvements under the leadership of our elected President. (I may not have voted for him as I'm pro-Miriam. ) 50K may not look like a lot of money for someone who may be critically ill but 50K is 50K.
