This is quite sad because according to her defense, she chose to do it so that her son would be moved to receive better care. This news caught my eye because it is so unthinkable of a parent to do such a thing to her child. Here in Manila, cancer treatments are usually supervised and similarly, one relative is usually allowed except if the treatment is being done on isolation.
