The "not-so famous" branches of medicine

Due to advancements in healthcare and technology, there are so many branches/specialties of medicine. Apart from the general practitioners, there are specialists that help in the treatment of various disorders. In India, there are other branches of medicine apart from allopathy like homeopathy, Ayurveda, and naturopathy. When I was enrolling in the dental school, still some students were interested in pursuing these forms of medicine as their career. However, currently, the number of students taking admission in these branches have declined. Is a similar situation prevalent in your country too? Please share your views.

There are four major rotations namely internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics and gynecology that require 2 months rotation each for all junior and senior interns.
