I suggest that "play in the dirt" should be replaced with a more practical advice because it can be easily subject to misinterpretation. I understand that parents are overprotective, however, they should be properly educated on what healthy habits that their children should acquire. I think that one of the good ways is to advice supervised outdoor playtime with kids in parks or clean places. If possible, it would also be nice if parents can take their children on nature trips - i think...
