Here are some tips on how to enjoy eating during the holidays, without putting on too much pounds. I agree most with the point that sweetened drinks are empty calories, and we should opt for plain water instead, so as to taste the food fully. A smaller plate helps, and chewing slowly to savour every bite is better than ravenously swallowing all the food you can stuff into your mouth.
