(2015, August 5), the definition of personality has been evolving for centuries. Every individual has differing personalities, and various personality traits may or may not influence the way the individual works. It is important for doctors to know their personality traits well, as they must work with patients from various backgrounds and other healthcare staff as a team on a daily basis.
