Mahmoud AbdelAziz long wait time will not give except undesirable results from patients, it stress them and will force them too ignore their check up or will find another doctor who is more organized.
I experienced this myself, waiting for more than two hours, I got bored and left ignoring my check up.
Long wait time also will affect the doctor reputation as patients will market him and mention this issue...
