In a collaboration, more than 250 paramedics will serve hospital attachments over six years for advanced clinical training, to hone the skills of emergency services. This is in response to the complex needs of Singapore's ageing population.

Emergency training should be provided not just for nurses but their should be a program available for any one even if not related to medical field to learn the 1st aid steps.
Emergency training is more advanced that pharmacists and nurses should undergo as this off course will give a better results saving more lives.
