In a crowdfunding story with a happy ending, Singaporeans have helped to pay for the medical bills of Aroonrak Jattanathammajit, a Thai student who was hit by a car and in a coma, through crowdfunding on GiveAsia. At the end of the two-week online campaign, $132,763 has been donated by 925 people. It helped the poor family to settle the outstanding bills of approximately $57,000, and the latest update in January 2017 stated that she has returned to Thailand to recuperate in a hospital.

There are many changes to rescue the situation, one of them that rich people shouldn't have a discounted healthcare services instead the discounted and free services be just for people with limited income.
The government also should conduct campaigns to aware rich people how their funding can help poor people.
The situation require more plans and more attention beside prevention...
