I agree with Lianne Marie Victoria Laruan that there were many confounding variables in the study. However, I am optimistic about the idea that tea in beneficial in preventing ischemic heart disease. For one, since last year, I personally have increased my consumption of tea to lessen my caffeine indulgence.
