Despite advanced technology that has helped to detect forgeries, it has become increasingly difficult to accurately identify a fake prescription. The situation is further complicated by the fact that there are a significant number of drug abusers in the country.

This is true that drug abusers are topping the charts nowadays. Most especially for anxiolytic drugs and pain medications. In my practice, we nurses are the ones providing the written prescription for discharged patients. We do provide the exact amount of pills until the time they to get to have their follow up check up with their physicians.
