At least 11 babies and one mother have died unlawfully at an NHS trust. Now, it has come to light that the NHS trust and other regulating bodies have spent almost £240,000 in an unsuccessful bid to cover up the truth about these deaths.

This in unbelievable. I am totally surprised reading this story and NMC trying to cover up the negligence of its registered members. As a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council, we have a code of conduct to follow and having read this story, this is totally unprofessional. I don't know how all of the information in this article were gathered as this is definitely delicate and confidential.
