Screening Mammography Controversy

Breast cancer remains to be the most common malignancy in women. To date, screening mammography is the only screening test that has been proven to reduce mortality rates from breast cancer. However, experts have expressed their opinion that screening mammography can also lead to overdiagnosis and treatment. In the US, the ACOG, ACR, and ACS guidelines differ from the recommendations of the US Preventive Services Task Force. I would like to know which clinical practice guideline is predominantly followed in your local practice.
