Over 400 individuals in the District of Columbia, including 294 pregnant women, are being retested for Zika, due to a testing error by the public health laboratory which caused all results to become negative.

We can never blame the public to spark their outcry immediately. Everyone may have trusted the laboratory performing their Zika virus laboratory tests and hoping that it would be negative only to find out that it is still not sure. I am concerned to those who are pregnant mothers who seem to be delivering their babies anytime soon. And to their surprise today, they're questionable to have a zero zika infection which could lead their infants born to have microcephaly and other birth defects. ...
