Jemelyn Mae Sodusta I have also read about this issue. As far as I know, this is the only approved medication for the treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and unfortunately it is under the monopoly of one company. I know that drug manufacturing costs are expensive, however the price tag of this medication is just too high.
