Woah, this is such a controversial thing to do. Sure, it would be nice to know what talents your kid might have, but I think parents should also take into consideration the influence of environment on the development of their child's talents. I also agree with @Mark that this could result in overbearing parents where you might force your child into something that he doesn't want, just because a childhood genetic test said so.
