I love how posts about awareness of eating fruits and vegetables are consistently being discussed in the community. This is something we do not see in the diet of most healthcare professionals after all. I also have a theory with how fruits and vegetables lower the risk of dementia. Fiber lessens atherosclerotic buildup in the vessels.
