Afaque Ali Thanks for sharing this article. This is a very interesting finding although I cannot come up with a mechanism as to how prebiotics can enhance sleep initiation and perhaps maintenance. Nevertheless, the study that was mentioned in the article provided a foundation for translational research since consumption of prebiotics do not cause any harm.
