Being a resident trainee myself, I can relate to Khan's plea for reasonable workloads. However, if a hospital is understaffed, it would be difficult for the hospital administration to lighten trainee workloads, especially if the hospital relies on trainees for bulk for medical work in emergency rooms, wards and outpatient settings.
