Thank you for sharing this article. It is known that any form of contact would result in contamination of the surrounding and lead to spread of disease, not confined to MRSA, clostridum difficile etc. Rigorous decontamination by cleaning would be one option to decrease spread of infection. Isolation of patients who carry contaminated bugs would also help to restrict the spread. In short, we just have to be very careful not to touch any objects anywhere in the hospital to avoid increasing chance ...
