Wow, this is quite a big number indeed. I agree with Chih Chiang Nieh that this patient and the surgical team will be mentioned in the Guinness book for world records. I wonder how long it took them to count these stones one by one! But I believe it was essential to do so to make sure all stones were removed successfully.
