Starvation is just one of the many crisis we are facing globally. Not to mention the unstoppable number of cases HIV/AIDS that is now happening in the Philippines and other countries too, there's still a lot of people that are need of help. Good to hear that they are implementing this campaign on how to lessen and even safe people from death. Others may starve to death in extreme cases.
