Why is the doctor included? It's not the doctor's responsibility to check the expiry date. He should not be charged, UNLESS if he ordered: Give EXPIRED meds etc etc...

I'm both a doctor, AND a nurse. I know the roles of each healthcare professional, but in my opinion, it's the nurses who should be held liable in giving the expired meds since they have to do the medication review - the 10 Rs - before giving ANY medication.
