In February, a group of researchers from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) published their findings in the journal Age and Ageing. They observed a group of 17,700 elderly adults in Hong Kong in order to investigate the relationship between their diets and the risk of developing dementia.

Dementia is a disease which most of old people get, it places an enormous strain on physical, emotional and financial states of patients and their families.
It steals patients memories and make them unable to speak or make any activity and eventually they became fully dependent on their care providers.
