As much as I respect this surgeon, in my opinion, he shouldn't generalize his patients as being either emotionally fragile or worse, greedy. It's unprofessional. It shows how he disapproves of people signing up for cosmetic surgery. He should have applied what he learned in Psychology. For whatever reasons the patients are coming to him for cosmetic surgery, he shouldn't generalize, judge, and classify them as either fragile or greedy. It's just too judgmental.
