This particularly applies to junk foods and anything that is salty. This is actually true because I can also notice that the more we consume salty foods, it somewhat increases our appetite to crave for more food. Also we do not invite ourselves hydrating therafter eating something salty. Increase in sodium/salt intake could increase chances of hypertension. As we know hypertension hits any age group nowadays.
