Latest update for BCLS course

hey fellow colleagues and healthcare workers, I have recently been instructing for Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and from latest update from National Resuscitation Council, they made it easier for BCLS providers to pass the one man CPR.

The changes are as follows:

-chest compression of 4-5 cm depth instead of at least 5 cm depth (this greatly reduces the difficulties for female participants who mostly would struggle through the last cycle)

-infants CPR and choking also call for help immediately like adults (in the past do one cycle of chest compression before calling for help)
