HK: researchers use ‘actual’ heart models to plan cardiac surgeries

Researchers from the University of Hong Kong and Chinese University collaborated to develop the 3D-printed 'actual heart' model technology to help plan for complex cardiac operations. The team has used the technology three times, with satisfactory results. They hope it can be applied for more general use.
