Is it better to substitute rice (since its our staple) food with bread? It seems that sleepiness is a consequence subsequent to rice intake which manifests inability of body to breakdown its sugar contents. Bread on the other hand doesnt cause the same after-effect. What may be the immediate reason for it? Would substituting be a great idea?
