I think it is not that difficult enough to administer intradermal injections here in the third world countries because performing so is not just limited to PPD testing. We perform skin testing to almost all of our patients receiving intravenous antibacterial medications. I am not sure in the US because I think they're not performing skin test most of thr time. I hope the intradermal syringe really catch up the point of which the medication should be injected regardless the angle and ability ...
