As a nurse, I have to agree that doing home care work is fastly dominating the medical world. Not only in the US but also in New Zealand, Canada and even gulf countries. This has become the trend in nursing in todays decade. And not to mention that they are paid higher compared to those who are working int he hospital. But then, you just need to minus all the benefits the hospital is providing for its employees. if you are after with the money, the pressure isn't as much as with the hospita...
