SINGAPORE - In a bid to track those with cerebral palsy from childhood to adulthood, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance of Singapore (CPAS), KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) and the National University Hospital launched Singapore's first cerebral palsy registry on Friday evening (Sept 8)..
